Here is what was playing in Candace's office this month
So many of you have shared a music session with me, and I’ve loved every single one.
Afterward, I often hear things like, “What are other people choosing as their happy song?” or “You should make a playlist of all these songs.”
So this page is dedicated to the collective and created in the hope that it brings you a little closer to your light.
This mixtape includes songs that mattered in real sessions with real people. Some songs made us laugh. Some songs made us cry. Some made us cringe. Each song was chosen by a clients to spark emotional insight and deepen connection with their body.
My hope is that you explore this list and discover something new. Then turn it up, soften your expectations, and allow space for your body to respond.
You don’t have to feel what someone else felt.
All you have to do is hear the song, notice what arises, and listen to how your body communicates with you.
