I am a cis-woman who has experienced great love, great loss, and great therapy. I have been on a marriage adventure for more than 20 years. All of my days include laughter thanks to  our two dogs Winston and Mabel. You can see their pictures here and you always see them in my office during sessions.

I love a good book, gardening, and sharing laughs with my favorite people. My proudest moment was completing my Masters degree at the University of Kansas. My biggest hurdle has been hearing my own voice and trusting it. Clients are usually most surprised that I have tattoos and that I cuss in session. My biggest fear is that humans will stop seeing each other as the beautiful, living, breathing beings we are and that fear of being different will take over. In my work I have learned that no matter where we started usually we all just want to feel seen, heard, and safe in our bodies and communities.
